Bug Report: Tasks shwo up 2-3 minutes late
`Steps to Reproduce`

set a task for 10am (anytime).
Wait until 10am.
keep waiting
10:03 notification comes in

`Expected Result`

notified at 10:00am exactly. so the prompt should not start at 10am, it should prompt and execute ahead of time and notify me at 10am.

`Actual Result`

3 minutes late (especially for long reuslts)
