Bug Report: ChatGPT App not Taking File uploads or Image uploads
`Steps to Reproduce`

Upload a file or an image to ChatGPT Mobile App.

`Expected Result`

ChatGPT processes it, then analyzes it and responds.

`Actual Result`

ChatGPT gives the error that "You have reached our file upload limit. Please try again later." But it works fine in Web Browser Version.

Android 15, ChatGPT Official App
