Bug Report: Handling of Matlab files and Canvas errors
`Steps to Reproduce`

Upload an .m file. Ask to edit the.m file (results in random truncating of the file).

`Expected Result`

Ability to upload.m files. Ability to keep in Canvas, after adding some content, the rest of the file un-truncated.

`Actual Result`

Error “Unspecified system error” is generated on an attempt to upload an .m file. The file edited in Canvas gets randomly truncated.

`Environment`

ChatGPT 4.o on Windows 10 laptop, Edge browser.
