Bug Report: Unable to upload some PDF files

`Steps to Reproduce`

• Start a new chat
• Try to upload some PDF(s)

`Expected Result`

ChatGPT should be able to process every PDF file.

`Actual Result`

ChatGPT does not process every PDF file, resulting in "Unknown error occurred" after some time
