Bug Report: AI voice output has wrong pitch - sample rate mismatch on Mac
`Steps to Reproduce`

Use the environment and steps as described below.

  1. Start voice session with headphones connected.
  2. Hear AI voice output while being connected to earphones.

On the native "Audio MIDI Setup.app" you can see the output/input devices of the Mac and their current formats/sample rates.

`Expected Result`

AI Voice output has correct pitch. The sample rate for my output audio device is adjusted on an app level to be compatible with the current sample rate of my current output device.

`Actual Result`

The AI voice sounds very deep. I can see that ChatGTP Desktop app somehow changes the output format of the active output device to a sample rate of 24.000 Hz (was 48.000 Hz) temporarily - causing a sample rate mismatch and the low pitch…

`Environment`

ChatGPT 1.2025.009 App for MacOS (15.1.1 (24B91) on a MacBook Pro 2023. Connected with AirPods Max (Gen. 1) via bluetooth. Sample rate of 48.000 Hz specified for the headphones in audio settings,
