Bug Report: ChatGPT no longer reading newly uploaded files in projects.
`Steps to Reproduce`

When I upload a new file to one of my projects, or if I start a new project and upload the file.

`Expected Result`

ChatGPT uses the information in the uploaded files to respond to my queries.

`Actual Result`

ChatGPT tells me there is no relevant information in the files. That it hasn't been able to search and find any information. This is a new error. It can read files uploaded previously.

`Environment`

Browser and Android app

All of this information is present in the newly uploaded word documents. This is a new issue, ChatGPT has been doing these kinds of tasks consistently since projects were introduced.

Also impacted. Files uploaded to the project are barely glossed over when I ask to have them summarized (often filled in with 'same party different host' details, if not outright wrong details), and my request is outright refused when I ask it to 'read out verbatim', which it had no issues doing before this issue began. If I upload the respective file to the individual session, and ask it to read THAT file, it has ZERO issue reading.

Yeah, exactly the same. I can upload files to the individual session and it works absolutely fine.

I've basically had no help whatsoever when reaching out to get it fixed.
