Bug Report: Tasks functionality is completely broken across all platforms and devices.
`Steps to Reproduce`

Steps to Reproduce

Access the Tasks feature on the ChatGPT platform via web, app, or desktop.

Attempt to create or manage a task.

Observe the functionality and errors displayed. Loading error or tasks not working at all

`Expected Result`

Tasks should load properly, allow scheduling and managing tasks without errors, and synchronize across platforms seamlessly.

`Actual Result`

Tasks page does not load on any platform (web, app, desktop).

Scheduled tasks return errors instead of functioning properly.

A notification email was received indicating errors with the tasks system.

Attached are screenshots of the errors encountered for reference.
