Bug Report: Can't update custom Gpt Knowledge Base
`Steps to Reproduce`
  • Upload 1x PDF and 3x .docx files into an existing custom GPT
  • Click Update button
  • Observe "Updates pending" in the top right corner
  • Refresh page and see that uploaded documents are not there
`Expected Result`

I expect the the documents that I've uploaded to update in the knowledge base of the custom GPT after clicking the Update Button

`Actual Result`

The documents are not there after updating - the GPT fails to update

macOS Sequoia 15.01, Brave Browser v1.73.105
