Bug Report: chatGPT o1-mini changes language in reasoning output
`Steps to Reproduce`

Started with o1, then changed to gpt4-mini, then changed to o1-mini

`Expected Result`

It should stay in english the whole time

`Actual Result`

It switches to Russian/Cyrillic other languages part of the way through its reasoning and thinks for longer than it should.
