Bug Report: o1 became so stupid literally the same as gpt4o-mini
`Steps to Reproduce`

give him list of words and ask him to do questions with it and then give me another list and ask him to do the same with the new list only in the third or fourth time he give you all the lists or make a mix also some times he doesn't do Correct mathematical operations

`Expected Result`

to just follow the instructions but he doesn't

he just doesn't know how to follow the instructions i give
