Bug Report: Problem making payments in the OpenAI platform
`Steps to Reproduce`

1.- Go to Billing Overview. https://platform.openai.com/settings/organization/billing/overview
2.-Select the Add to Credit Balance button.
3.-Enter any amount to top up.
4.-Proceed with the payment using a credit card.
5.-The error appears with the message: "Your card was declined."
