Bug Report: Data export download fails
`Steps to Reproduce`
  1. Click on the profile picture at the top-right corner.
  2. Click settings.
  3. Select "Data controls", export data, and wait for the email.
  4. Once you receive the email, click "Download data export".
`Expected Result`

The data export was supposed to be downloaded without any failure.

`Actual Result`

Downloading data export fails half-way through. The error message says "File wasn't available on site".

Windows 11, Chrome
