Bug Report: ChatGPT says Unknown Error Occurred
`Steps to Reproduce`

If you upload certain files (PDFs, PPTs, PPTX, CSV, etc.) it will show you this error.

`Expected Result`

If I upload a file, it should take that file.

`Actual Result`

It does not upload the file and returns "Unknown Error occurred".

Windows 11, Chrome, Edge, Firefox
