Bug Report: Windows DesktopApp Wrong Animation on user speak
`Steps to Reproduce`
  1. open windows desktop app
  2. force normal audio mode my sending hi
  3. open audio mode
  4. wait for connection and
  5. speak
`Expected Result`

the animation should be the user speak animation (volume based scale)

`Actual Result`

the animation IS the conection animation (ever growing circle)
