Bug Report: "Search the web" button, canvas and image generation do not work
`Steps to Reproduce`
  1. Log into ChatGPT using a free plan account.
  2. Try to ask ChatGPT to search the web.
  3. Try to ask ChatGPT to generate an image.
  4. Try to ask ChatGPT to add a canvas.
`Expected Result`
  • ChatGPT should be able to perform web searches and generate images.
  • ChatGPT should be able to add a canvas when requested.
`Actual Result`
  • When attempting to search the web, ChatGPT responds: "I currently don't have access to real-time information or the ability to browse the web."
  • When asking to add a canvas, ChatGPT doesn’t understand and does not perform the action.
  • When trying to generate an image, an error message appears: "Something went wrong. If this issue persists please contact us through our help center at help.openai.com."

Operating System: Windows 10. Browser: Chrome (latest version). Account Type: Free Plan.
