Bug Report: Read Aloud stops, repeats
`Steps to Reproduce`

Generate a long response in Android app. Long press, select Read Aloud.

`Expected Result`

UI should generate audio for entire single response, play that audio (aka read single response) from start to finish.

`Actual Result`

UI seems to generate full audio, reads a significant part, but then stops and restarts at the beginning of existing audio.

Android v13, app 1.2024.359

I have not tried replaying audio to see if it repeats on a specific file. I have not repeated test on other generated audio to see if issue is sporadic.

I just considered these diagnostics as i wrote this. Will try to do soon.
