Bug Report: ChatGPT project failing to process any spreadsheets
`Steps to Reproduce`

No spreadsheets (*.xlsx or *.csv) can currently be read as project files within my project, nor as files uploaded to existing project chats. This entire project disappeared for nearly a day after the most recent outage, long after ChatGPT was back up; is it possible that all elements of this project (chats, project files, the project itself) that were present during the outage are now glitched?

`Expected Result`

*.xlsx should be read and processed seamlessly, given that it is a simple table without extraneous formatting.

`Actual Result`
  1. If I upload *.xlsx directly to a new ChatGPT chat outside my project (i.e. attaching it to my message), it can be easily read.
  2. If I upload *.xlsx directly to a new ChatGPT chat within my project, it can also be easily read.
  3. However, *.xlsx cannot be read as a project file, even in a new ChatGPT chat within my project.
  4. *.xlsx also cannot be read when I upload it directly to an existing chat within my project.
    No difference to 3 or 4 if I resave and upload the file as *.csv instead.
