Bug Report: Constant redirecting to login screen when using ChatGPT.com
`Steps to Reproduce`

This is happening when using private browsing in Safari on a MacBook Pro, with Private Relay turned off.

`Expected Result`

I would expect to be able to message ChatGPT

`Actual Result`

I am redirected to the login screen anytime I navigate to ChatGPT.com, or ask a question.

macOS Sequoia 15.1, Safari
