Bug Report: Canvas mismatch
`Steps to Reproduce`
  1. Open a canvas
  2. Ask Chatgpt add some text to it.
  3. Edit the text directly in the canvas manually
  4. Ask chatgpt to change something in the text
`Expected Result`

Chatgpt can change something in the text on the current canvas.

`Actual Result`

Chatgpt gets an error that says "Failed to edit. Mismatch" because its version of the canvas no longer aligns with the current version because of the manual edit. It is trying to regex match an older pre-edited version of the canvas text instead of just seeing the current text on the canvas.

Edge browser web app, Desktop ChatGPT app, Canvas.
