Bug Report: Canvas, search, DALL-E is not working
`Steps to Reproduce`

ChatGPT Plus account can't reach important functions, unfortunately for a three days, problem started earlier. Video to reproduce is attached below

`Expected Result`

Canvas opens in ChatGPT 4o and I can work in it. Search can show me news and not just neural network answers. DALL-E just works and can generate images

`Actual Result`

Neural network doesn't know what Canvas is. Search doesn't work, reply is a reply of neural network. DALL-E doesn't work at all for three days

Windows 11, Chrome 131.0.6778.205 + Chrome on Android
