Bug Report: invalid authentication, but unable to logout
`Steps to Reproduce`

This was probably caused by changing my password on a different browser/machine. Or maybe some token simply expired. But my reproduction steps now is only to go to chatgpt.com

`Expected Result`

Either to have the option to sign in, or have the option to sign out.

`Actual Result`

I do not have the option to sign in, and I do not have the option to sign out. The textarea is there, but it does nothing (except for adding 401 unauthorized messages in the developer toolbar of my browser).

Fortunately I am able to log in if I use the app on my phone, or if I use a different browser or InPrivate mode. But I'd like to be able to use my browser again.

`Environment`

Browser (Windows 11; Microsoft Edge)

Originally I had posted a reply with screenshots here, but it was immediately removed, possibly because it contained a link. I did solve it for myself by clearing everything in the Application tab of my developer toolbar (so: Cookies, Local Storage, Session Storage, Shared Storage and the ConversationsDatabase IndexedDB). After doing that, I was able to log back in again.

I ran into the issue again (didn't change my password this time, and it wasn't that long ago that I used chatgpt), so here is a screenshot of how ChatGPT looks when this happens:
