Bug Report: When search is active ChatGPT does not answer my question
`Steps to Reproduce`

Activate search and the accuracy will decrease, if it even answers your question.

  1. Start chat
  2. Ask a question or two
  3. Turn on Search
  4. Paste an image with a question in

Observed Behavior:

`Expected Result`

Expected Behavior:
Act the same as it does when search is not active. I would think it would read the image and answer the question. I activate search to improve accuracy, hoping it will find it in the search.

`Actual Result`

Observed Behavior:
It will answer the previous question seemingly ignoring the question on the image. When you point it out, it does not seem to understand.

`Environment`

Window 11 Home, Chrome Browser should be updated, 13700k ddr5, rx 6600 8GB

This photo is before the one above. It shows that the previous response was the same, but my question was different. It provided the same answer, ignoring my image, with the question on it.
