Bug Report: Unable to download file using ChatGPT4 Plus
`Steps to Reproduce`
  1. Give ChatGPT4 a json file to update
  2. It performs the update you need and provides the file for you to download
  3. Gives this error Failed to get upload status for /mnt/data/
`Expected Result`

The file should download

`Actual Result`

I get an error and no file update
