Bug Report: Log-in issue

`Steps to Reproduce`

At log-in, the username and password is entered with no issue. Then a new (never seen page) asks to enter a code that was sent by e-mail to user's e-mail address.

`Expected Result`

Supposed to receive e-mail, junk mail was checked.

`Actual Result`

I never received the e-mail, even after clearing cookie cash on Firefox. I have never been asked to enter a code before.

Windows 10, FireFox browser

Same issue for a couple of hours now. Session expired and now can't log back in because I don't receive the email for the verification code.

I can log back in now using the Authenticator instead of email.

I had to set up 2FA via https://platform.openai.com using the same credentials

And then I was able log back in to https://chat.openai.com/auth/login.
