Bug Report: Unable to switch ChatGPT models

`Steps to Reproduce`

Select to any ChatGPT model to use

`Expected Result`

ChatGPT uses the model that you selected

`Actual Result`

ChatGPT 4-Turbo is used, even if a different is selected, such as ChatGPT 4o, or ChatGPT o1-preview

I had the same issue 19 days ago. It was fixed, but now I have it again.

It also imitates "thinking", but in fact it is GPT-4-turbo

I am also having the same issues.

It has no awareness of which model it is as this is not part of its system prompt.
