O1 Nerf?

The O1 Pro mode was working well, showing its loading bar and taking the appropriate time to think.
However, I tried it a few minutes ago and it became like the regular O1 preview.
The progress bar does not appear; it is thinking all the time and giving wrong answers.
Please reactivate my account. I have resolved this issue before by canceling my subscription, creating a new account, and subscribing again, but I do not want to do this again. Please just fix it.
I contacted support, and they said they had resolved the issue, but it was not fixed. Please delve into this matter and check again.
