Bug Report: ChatGPT keeps circling back to "There was an error generating a response" after a picture generation
`Steps to Reproduce`

I generated a few pictures with Dall-E inside my ChatGPT and it worked out well. Then I wanted to keep on prompting for different topics and suddenly the failure popped up "There was an error generating a response" --> Regenerate Button.

When I click on it, it will regenerate. All good.

But then after a day when I keep on going, it will always circle back to this error and all my progress is lost again as I wouldn't have done anything.

`Expected Result`

Don't circle back to this error and delete my history afterwards.

It keeps circling back.
