Bug Report: GPT Plus Cant read files issue

`Steps to Reproduce`

Im using GPT Plus with email {realEmail}+alt@gmail.com right. Then open new 4o chat and send files and type read this file, in my case the file is pdf.

`Expected Result`

The expected Result is the content of that pdf.

`Actual Result`

The response of that gpt 4o is
"I don't have the ability to directly read files, but if you share the contents of the file, I can help you with it. Feel free to copy and paste the text or describe the file, and I'll assist you!"
