Bug Report: GPT Plus issues with files, images and functionality

`Steps to Reproduce`

When loading an image or document, GPT writes in plain text that it cannot recognize and analyze them.

`Expected Result`

The neural network should analyze them

`Actual Result`

No results

`Environment`

Browser and Desktop app, Windows 10 and Windows 11

mine too, i hasn't been fixed for 2 weeks for me

I fixed it by disabling memory
