Bug Report: Issue Occurs Only on My Account – GPT-4o and o1 Model Not Working Properly
`Steps to Reproduce`

Open GPT-4o or o1 model on Desktop or Web Browser.

Try attaching an image or making a request that requires image processing with GPT-4o.

Observe the behavior with the o1 model – no thought process appears, and it answers immediately.

Check if the tools are not functioning or responsive.
Verify if the issue occurs consistently.

`Expected Result`

GPT-4o should recognize and process the attached image.

The o1 model should show the thought process and provide answers accordingly.

All tools should work properly and provide accurate responses.

`Actual Result`

GPT-4o does not recognize the attached image and shows the message "Cannot view this image."

The o1 model does not show the thought process and answers immediately without processing.

All tools are not functioning and cannot be used.

This issue only occurs on my account, and everything works fine on iOS devices.

Platform: Windows 11 App: ChatGPT Desktop App / Web Browser Version: 1.2024.337 Device: Desktop / Laptop Operating System: Windows 11 Other Details: This issue is specific to my account; other users are not experiencing the same problem.

The one above is on Desktop, and it answers immediately without going through the thought process. The one below is on iOS, and it answers after going through the thought process. It should work like iOS.

Also, GPT-4o said it can't view images.

ChatGPT does not generate images, do web search, or analyze files. FIX THIS ISSUE IMMMEDIATELY.
