Bug Report: Image upload analysis not working
`Steps to Reproduce`

I upload charts for confluence without my TA (technical analysis) and other data from onchain, liquidity pools, etc. I don't provide the AI with any of my TA on the chart so I can avoid AI bias in the output.

`Expected Result`

I expect (which it has in past months) the output to follow my instructions and analyze the information based on the custom GPT I trained. Output should be the trade idea that I can confirm, adjust, or discard based on the output.

`Actual Result`

The AI is telling me that, "I currently do not have the ability to interpret image data directly, I can't process or analyze images automatically." It's asking me to, via text input, to provide, "a description of the chart elements or key details visible in the images."

It's really frustrating that it still doesn't work. I've used ChatGPT for a long time and a lot, but the fact that none of the tools and the o1 model are thinking, and that customer support doesn't respond to my questions, and that it still hasn't been fixed—it's really annoying.
