Bug Report: O1 voice chat shifts down to GPT4o
`Steps to Reproduce`

Open a new chat with O1. It now has a voice option. Ask anything simple, get a response. Close the voice. Open the chat from the saved chat sidebar.

`Expected Result`

Without using voice we normally have the ability to fluidly switch between O1 and GPT models. A query with one model doesn't change the model into another mode and doesn't lock down access to other models.

`Actual Result`

On re-opening the chat the model is now GPT-4o. Ability to change the model to O1/O1-mini are disabled.
