Bug Report: Issue with Rate Limit on OpenAI o1 and o1 Pro Despite Plus Subscription
`Steps to Reproduce`

Steps to Reproduce:

Subscribe to OpenAI's Plus plan.
Open the app and attempt to use the new 'o1'
Send a single message using 'o1'

`Expected Result`

I should be able to use the 'o1' or 'o1 Pro' models without encountering a rate limit message, as a Plus subscriber is expected to have appropriate access to these features.

`Actual Result`

After sending one message, the app displays a notification stating that you have exceeded the rate limit and must wait until December 8 to continue using the service.
