#o1 false rate limit

Yesterday, OpenAI released o1 full. I currently have the Plus subscription. However, when I tried using it for the first time, I sent one message, and the app informed me that I had exceeded the rate limit. It asked me to wait until December 8. Is there any way to resolve this issue?
