Bug Report: A "New Chat" pop-up appears whenever I submit a prompt

`Steps to Reproduce`

1: Type text.
2: Hit Enter.

`Expected Result`

No pop-up every time a prompt is submitted.

`Actual Result`

When a prompt (any prompt) is submitted, a pop-up appears in the top right corner of the browser with the words "New Chat" inside the pop-up, followed by the first part of ChatGPT's response directly under that.

`Environment`

Windows 10, Chrome, Edge, and Firefox (Yes, all 3)
