Bug Report: chatgpt pro plan not working
`Steps to Reproduce`

Click Upgrade to Pro in Plan Upgrade.

`Expected Result`

changed to pro // switches to the payment screen.

`Actual Result`

A message saying 'An issue occurred while updating the subscription' appears.

`Environment`

windows 11 chrome version 131.0.6778.86
