Bug Report: Code Interpreter Session Reset - GPTs
`Steps to Reproduce`

There are a handful of GPTs that use code interpreter to access data deep within the GPT's stored files. When these GPTs are being used and more information is required, the GPT will use a code interpreter to pull the data. After some time, the code interpreter session expires and these files are inaccessible. This requires me to copy and paste into a new chat as context.

This appeared to have been resolved for some time, but more recently, the session resets, deeming chat useless.

`Expected Result`

GPTs should have access to use code interpreter for information retrieval regardless of how long the session is.

`Actual Result`

The GPT attempts to access the file, trying multiple times in various ways, with no success. No error messages or helpful guidance is provided to the user, making them guess what the issue is.
