Bug Report: Issue with ChatGPT Plus - Unable to Read PDF Files or Images
`Steps to Reproduce`

I upload the pdf file, then I ask to make a summary but all I get is "Sorry, I cannot process PDF files directly. However, if you can copy and paste the text or describe the content of the document, I would be happy to help summarize it."

`Expected Result`

I tried to create an account (free) and I was able to get the expected result. The problem is that it doesn't do it on my premium account.

It seems that a limitation has been placed, preventing me from accessing specific models. Regardless of my selection, it always defaults to using what I believe is the GPT-4o mini model. Additionally, the platform is not allowing me to upload and read files, create images, or use the full input character limit. When I select "o1 Preview" or "o1 Mini," the response is consistently generated by what appears to be GPT-4 mini.

Despite being a pro member, I am unable also to fully use the platform. I've tried logging in through a private window and different browsers and even changed my IP, but the issue persists.

It sometimes gets fixed and then again the problem appears out of nowhere. It's the 2nd day now I've been having this persistent issue...

I'm not sure if the OPENAI team has been notified yet, because it seems like many people are having the same problem, and the money and time wasted not using the correct model. I think OPENAI needs to take responsibility.

I tried to find a way to notify them through some kind of support page but all of the contact is somewhere hidden. At least for me the issue is appearing for like 1-2 weeks at random times. Before that everything was working pretty well.

ChatGPT does not generate images, do web search, or analyze files. FIX THIS ISSUE IMMMEDIATELY.

I still can't believe that the o1-mini isn't thinking, and that I still can't attach files, send screenshot contents, or generate images with the GPT-4o model. It's surprising that this hasn't been fixed yet.
