Bug Report: macOS UI not rendered properly in full screen mode.
`Steps to Reproduce`

Open macOS ChatGPT App. Entere full screen mode. Top Right Corner where the search bar is.

`Expected Result`

Clean UI with correct placed UI elements.

`Actual Result`

UI Components are not aligned and overlap. Upper right corned where the search UI component is place.

Behavior happens on macbook pro 16 m1, on macbook 13 air m2, on macbook pro 16 m4 and on mac studio m2. at different screen sizes.
