Bug Report: Unable to specify the language of the search web page.
`Steps to Reproduce`

When using the "browser" tool, I can specify the language needed for the search in any language, such as saying "search in English" in Chinese. It works. However, the current "web" tool cannot do this; even if GPT says it is using the specified language, it will still search in the language I am currently using. The only exception is that saying "search in Korean" works.
