Bug Report: Issues with Image Generation and Internet Search in ChatGPT
`Steps to Reproduce`

Log in to ChatGPT with an active ChatGPT Plus subscription.
Attempt to generate an image using DALL·E. Example query: "Create an image of a sunset over the ocean using DALL·E."
Try performing an internet search query.

`Expected Result`

Image generation through DALL·E should work correctly.
Internet search should return results for the query.

`Actual Result`

ChatGPT responds that it cannot generate an image and suggests using the description for generating images with other tools.
Search queries return refusals, similar to the ones for image generation requests.

`Environment`

Operating systems: Windows 10 and Windows 11. Browsers: Microsoft Edge, Opera, Firefox (latest versions). Subscription: ChatGPT Plus is active. Ad-blockers disabled. Different devices and providers: The issue persists across different devices and providers. On the mobile version, the features sometimes work, and sometimes they don’t.

I didn't do anything, except that I made an exit from all devices, for some reason it didn't work through the settings. I logged out of all the devices myself. I'm not sure if it helped me, but after a short time everything recovered by itself. there were also glitches, the gpt stopped searching the Internet and seeing files, but was restored an hour later.
Everything has been working without errors for 2 days, I think you can close the report.

please note that when you click log out from all devices in the settings, this does not happen. this exits only on the device on which i clicked exit😆
