Bug Report: PDFs will NOT load on chat gpt teams accounts

`Steps to Reproduce`

click attach file on app or browser.

`Expected Result`

system will load pdf and allow for analyzing

`Actual Result`

unknown error occured.

`Environment`

windows app: Current version: 1.2024.327 & ms edge browser website
