start a new chat and try again with a slightly modified prompt. usually works for me. if that doesnt help, just send the image without a prompt and send your prompt in the subsequent message.

Same problem, the chat doesn't work for images, pdfs, files, it doesn't read anything. Many people are having this problem and we are not getting any support.

Hello, I’m experiencing the same issue, but I’ve realized that it only occurs when I use it on my PC. It works fine on my smartphone (iPhone) and tablet (Samsung). I’ve tried switching browsers and even PCs, but nothing seems to resolve the issue.
