I am working on the captions for the images, describing everything visible in the images. I have 4-5 users that I have purchased, and the same issue is happening with all of them. When I upload images, I get a message saying that I cannot view the images. If this issue doesn't get resolved soon, it will be of no use to me, as I cannot complete my work. Please investigate this issue so I can finish my tasks.

When openai solve the issue? Our membership is going. Issue has happening from 27th november and nobody contact or do something.
