Bug Report: Desktop and Browser Versions of ChatGPT Not Handling PDFs, Web Searches, or Knowledge Base Access
`Steps to Reproduce`

PDF Handling: Open a PDF file on the desktop. The file does not display or allow data extraction.

Web Search: Attempt to perform a search or request online information. The search fails, returning no results or a time-out error.

Custom GPT Access: Query a custom GPT model configured to use a specific knowledge base. The model fails to retrieve the relevant data.

`Expected Result`

PDF files should open and allow data extraction.

Web searches should return relevant results.

Custom GPT models should retrieve and provide information from their knowledge bases.

`Actual Result`

PDFs do not open or show data on the desktop. ChatGPT just ignore the files.

Web searches fail to return results and model says it can´t browse the web

Custom GPT models cannot access knowledge bases. ChatGPT just ignores the documents

It works only on the mobile version

Windows 10 desktop app and Chrome/Edge browsers

I'm having the same issue. Does anyone know how to fix it? It's been like this for 2 days now :c
