ChatGPT consistently refuses to perform the task, providing generic responses or stating that it cannot complete the request.
Attempt to switch between different models (GPT-4, GPT-3.5, GPT-4 Turbo, GPT-4 Turbo-Mini).
The issue persists across all models.

ChatGPT should be able to process various prompts, including those requiring PDF analysis, translation, and search, and provide relevant and accurate responses.
`Actual Result`
ChatGPT is unable to fulfill any request beyond providing generic assistance, consistently refusing to perform tasks and stating limitations that were not previously present.
Saying things like these:
