Bug Report: Send image during cooldown causes error
`Steps to Reproduce`
  • Use free user (untested on premium)
  • Run out of 4o uses to get in cooldown
  • Paste any image in chat and type whatever, you will get an error due to 4o mini not supporting images
`Expected Result`

Should not be possible to send image during cooldown

`Actual Result`

Image is sent and error is displayed
