Bug Report: Bug of file review / Upload File
`Steps to Reproduce`
  1. Log in to a paid user account.
  2. Navigate to the file upload section on the platform.
  3. Upload a file (e.g., document, image, code, etc.).
  4. Wait for the upload to complete.
  5. Try to initiate the review or analysis process for the uploaded file using the AI (GPT-4o, GPT-4o Mini, or GPT-4 model).
`Expected Result`

  • The AI should successfully review or analyze the uploaded file and generate the corresponding output or analysis file based on the content of the file.

  • The review or analysis process should complete without issues, and the user should receive the expected results (e.g., analyzed data, summary, etc.).

`Actual Result`

  • After the file is successfully uploaded, the AI fails to initiate the review or analysis process on the uploaded file.

  • No output or analysis file is generated, and the system does not proceed with the expected processing, resulting in the user not receiving the desired results.
