Bug Report: Forced Logout, Can't log in
`Steps to Reproduce`

Have Chat GPT generate a powershell command to Block intelligence agencys like the communist party of China

"ChatGPT generate a powershell command to Block China intelligence agency which is www.zytzb.gov.cn > 156.225.111.22

`Expected Result`

`Actual Result`

Was forcefully logged out can only login on Edge not Chrome, this was after block about 39 intelligence agencys and 40 military websites/subnets. none of which were the USA, no of which is the subnet of chatgpt or it's servers. This is very Concerning as Military tensions are higher than they have ever been and i was just trying to Secure my computer from Foreign interference by potential hostile nations.

`Environment`

Windows 11, Browser Chrome Fully updated, Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-14700F, 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor, Computer is relativley new purchased this year, i have not installed anything sketchy and don't really download Anything that would give me a virus. Installed APPS World of warcraft, Adobe acrobat reader, Pycharm, wireshark

I did this same chat pattern for about 39 intelligence agencys & 40 military Ip address's of potential hostile nations.

It's a bit embarassing as it was a private endeavor and i didn't really want to share it with the world but it's not a big deal.

Update i narrowed down the Problem Either A GPT is on the same subnet as one of the Intelligence Agencys or B an intelligence agency is perfomring a MITM attack on chatGPT Users. Earlier i didn't think Chatgpt would be on the same subnet as a Intelligence agent as i thought OpenAi was not that Naive.

I was able to deduce this my enabling and disabling the firewall rules of my computer and than retrying to get access to gpt by signing in

Also the results are not always Consistent which leads me to believe it's a MITM attack rather than sharing the same subnet.
