Bug Report: AI bot accessing other info from another thread
`Steps to Reproduce`

I was in the middle of asking it to help me create a one-shot dnd campaign for a session for me and my friends, to which it made one, then it asked me if I wanted to carry on with the full-flushed out version. I told it to go ahead and it then gave me full information based on a dnd campaign I made a week ago in a completely different thread, I asked it if it should be doing that and it said it was a mistake.
